Position: CAD Modeller 
Start date: Immediate start

We are looking for a precise, strong and fast CAD Modeller. This role will commence as a casual contract role and hours may vary initially from 10 to 30 per week. This may develop into a permanent role for the right person.  


Duties will include:
Scanning and reverse engineering of components, including rare and exotic parts: recent examples undertaken include intake ports and gearbox parts from F1 cars.
CAD Modelling. Models will need to be as per the sample part and in some cases (eg intake ports) made parametric to allow variations for purpose. You will also be a hands-on person, familiar and comfortable in using 3D printers and Roland CNC routers to make physical models. 
Most models will go on for production on our HAAS CNC machines (3, 4 and 5 axis, plus lathes)
Excellent communication skills will be required to liaise with the production team.
You will be using our white light 3D scanner and CMM machines both manual and auto, as well as Verniers, micrometers and other gauges.  We can train in scanning and use of CMM machinery, but you will need to demonstrate you are a strong and fast CAD modeller.  
Experience in the use of On-Shape is desirable but not essential.

Position: Aircraft Engineer    
Start date: Feb/March 2021

This is a newly created full-time position with the Bespoke Engineering team.

Bespoke has designed and is currently manufacturing a three-cylinder engine for air and land use and we seek an experienced Aircraft Engineer to join the team. Your role will be to build and supervise these engine builds and be intimately involved in the fitting/signoff of the engine into our own aircraft and customer aircraft, as well as land vehicles.

Essential: Persons with LAME or L2 qualifications and relevant experience only need apply.
